Podding Made Easy is a brand operated by I Heart MDE LLC (“PME,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website, purchasing a workshop, or engaging our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please review them carefully before using our platform or completing a purchase.
Podding Made Easy provides podcast production and editing services, creative consulting, live workshops and digital trainings, and downloadable or replay-based educational materials. By purchasing any service or event, you agree to use our offerings for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring that any content you provide complies with applicable laws, copyright standards, and platform guidelines.
From time to time, PME offers live virtual workshops and digital trainings. By purchasing access to a workshop, you receive access to the live event and/or replay if included, access credentials may not be shared or redistributed, and workshop purchases are non-transferable. Access to the live session or replay constitutes fulfillment of the digital service.
We accept secure payment methods through Stripe and other approved processors. Depending on the service selected, payments may be one-time, milestone-based, or recurring for ongoing production services. By completing a purchase, you authorize PME and our payment processors to charge the agreed amount. Late or failed payments may result in suspension of service or access.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Service projects may qualify for partial refunds prior to delivery, completed service deliverables are non-refundable, and live workshops and digital trainings are non-refundable due to their digital nature and limited-access format. Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated without first contacting PME may result in removal of access to services and future offerings.
For production clients, deliverables will follow agreed specifications. The number of revision rounds is defined during onboarding. Additional revisions or scope expansions may incur additional fees. PME is not responsible for delays caused by missing materials, unclear direction, or delayed feedback.
Until full payment is received, all working files and project materials remain the property of PME. After final payment, clients receive a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use final deliverables as agreed. PME retains the right to display completed work for portfolio or promotional purposes unless confidentiality is requested in writing. Workshop materials, recordings, slides, and frameworks remain the intellectual property of PME and may not be redistributed.
Clients must provide necessary materials in a timely manner, ensure legal ownership of submitted content, and not misuse workshop access links or materials. Unauthorized distribution of workshop materials may result in revoked access and potential legal action.
PME provides services and educational content for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee business results, podcast monetization outcomes, or audience growth metrics. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PME shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service or workshop in question.
We use third-party tools including but not limited to Stripe for payments, Zoom for live events, email service providers, and hosting platforms. We are not responsible for outages, disruptions, or policy changes of third-party platforms. Use of these tools is subject to their respective terms.
By using our services, you agree to our Privacy Policy. We collect limited personal information necessary to process payments, deliver services, send event communications, and provide support. We do not sell personal data.
PME reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction within Georgia.
