Podding Made Easy (“PME,” “we,” “us”) is operated by I Heart MDE LLC. This policy explains what we collect when you use startpodding.com, why, and your choices. Questions: hello@poddingme.com.
You give us: your name, email, and anything you type into our forms (the Launch Session intake, the information form, the free Starter signup).
When you buy: payment is processed by Stripe. We receive confirmation of your purchase and your contact details, but we never see or store your full card number.
When you book: scheduling runs through Calendly, which collects the details needed to set your appointment.
Email: our email is managed by MailerLite, which stores your address and basic engagement (opens, clicks) to send what you signed up for.
Automatically: standard analytics and advertising data (pages viewed, device and browser, and activity measured by the Meta pixel) to understand traffic and measure ads.
To deliver what you asked for, run the Launch Session and other services, send the emails you opted into, process payments, measure and improve the site and our ads, and respond to you.
Service providers who make the site work: Stripe (payments), Calendly (scheduling), MailerLite (email), Meta (advertising and analytics), Google Analytics (site analytics), and our website host. We don’t sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law.
The site uses cookies and the Meta pixel for analytics and advertising. You can control cookies in your browser settings. If we add a cookie-consent banner, this policy will be updated to reference it here.
You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any email. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information by emailing hello@poddingme.com, and we’ll respond within a reasonable time.
This site is for adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
We may update this policy. The effective date above shows the latest version.
