It’s free, so there’s nothing to refund.
Fully refundable any time before your session takes place. Once the session is complete, it’s nonrefundable, because the work (your six decisions and your one-page plan) has been delivered. If we don’t make all six decisions during the session, you get one complimentary 30-minute follow-up call to finish them.
Refundable before your first P.O.P. session takes place. Once the first session is complete and work on your Blueprint has begun, it’s nonrefundable. If you bought the Launch Session and decide later, you can apply your session payment to P.O.P. within 30 days.
Before the cohort begins, your payment is fully refundable or transferable to a later cohort. Once the cohort starts, it’s nonrefundable. If you complete the sessions, assignments, and recording deadlines and your Episode One still isn’t ready by the end of Week Six, you get one additional two-week support window at no charge. Founding-window credits from a Launch Session or P.O.P. hold through January 22, 2027.
Billed per episode or monthly, month-to-month. Once we’ve started editing an episode, that episode is nonrefundable. You can stop future work any time before the next billing cycle begins.
